How Our Service Works

One-on-one consultations are beneficial for any athlete and are a great way to enhance the skills you might already posses. In these sessions, we will explore where you are and where you want to be while developing a trusting, collaborative relationship which is supported by strict confidentiality.

Where appropriate, we will work with those surrounding the athlete (for example coaches, support staff, and family) in order to form a more cohesive and well-rounded environment which fosters performance. This service is available for adult and junior athletes and will be tailored to each individual.

Kristin will help you approach life head-on; you will have someone to guide you through this rather than telling you what to do – after all, you have the answers! While the exact methods of doing this will differ for each person, your personal consultancy will be a combination of KMSP’s unique approach towards athlete psychology and dynamic sport psychology research and techniques.

After contacting KMSP, we will organise your free consultation which will involve examining your general and sporting background, areas for improvement, goals, and other topics you would like to discuss. After this, we will design a personal plan for your consultancy; this will work around your schedule, whether that be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or anything in-between. Sessions are generally 50 minutes, however if needed we can discuss different session lengths.
