How Our Service Works
It is more important than ever to prepare young athletes for the future. Because of their age, academy-level athletes are primed to develop coping skills and mental toughness, which are important in becoming competitive athletes and navigating the difficult situations which arise as they move through different phases of sport. It is important that we foster young athletes’ development into well-rounded people while also allowing them to focus on sport and performance.
KMSP will become a part of your team and its vision while remaining relatively apart from the normal support staff, which makes it possible to keep a unique perspective. This is especially useful in helping the first team’s culture trickle down to academies in a constructive way while allowing academies the room to encourage the development of competitive young adults.
KMSP will use an in-depth understanding of the athletes, relationships with supporting staff and parents, and reliable communication with coaches and managers to form a coherent, holistic picture which will allow a unique perspective on how the academy can produce competitive individuals ready to take on the next phase of their career.
