KM Sport Psychology works with teams and organisations to help them reach their objectives. This involves becoming part of your team but remaining somewhat apart in order to maintain a unique perspective; this allows Kristin to work one-on-one with athletes, coaches, managers, and support staff in order to form a cohesive, functional environment which fosters performance.

Depending on the level of involvement you want from KMSP, Kristin can help the entire organisation reflect its desired culture and values by organising sessions for support staff, coaches, and family as well as athletes.

Athletes will be given individual attention, which includes a confidential relationship between athletes and KMSP with the team’s needs in focus. Through an in-depth understanding of each athlete, positive relationships with support staff, and communication with coaches and managers, KMSP can form an in-depth understanding of your team and deliver one-of-a-kind outlook on how you can accomplish your goals.
